Carcinoma of large Gut / Colorectal cancer –Development of malignant tumors in the colon or rectum. It is one of the most common types of cancer worldwide and typically originates from the lining of the colon or rectum.

Symptoms:

  1. Changes in bowel habits: Persistent diarrhea or constipation, changes in stool consistency, or a feeling of incomplete bowel evacuation.
  2. Rectal bleeding: Blood in the stool, which may appear bright red or dark and tarry.
  3. Abdominal discomfort: Cramping, pain, or bloating in the abdomen.
  4. Unexplained weight loss: Significant and unintentional weight loss.
  5. Fatigue and weakness: Persistent tiredness and a lack of energy.
  6. Iron deficiency anemia: Low levels of red blood cells due to chronic bleeding from the tumor.
